Terms of engagement.

1 — Scope

These terms govern private management engagements provided personally by Ismail Larbi, Geneva, Switzerland, in Geneva and the French-Swiss region, Paris, Monaco, Cannes and Saint-Tropez, and elsewhere by prior agreement.

2 — Engagement

An engagement is confirmed once its dates, scope, level of assistance, fees and terms have been agreed in writing between the client and Ismail Larbi. No engagement is binding before that confirmation.

3 — Exclusivity

For the agreed period, availability is reserved exclusively for the client. No other client is accepted for the same period.

4 — Fees

Fees are set for each engagement according to the level of presence and availability required, its duration and its scope. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are payable in advance for the confirmed period.

5 — Third parties

Hotels, transport, restaurants, security, medical and any other external providers are engaged in the client's name and paid directly by the client. Ismail Larbi coordinates and supervises these providers but is not a party to those contracts and receives no commission from them.

6 — Cancellation

Cancellation terms are set out in the agreement for each engagement. Since availability is withheld from any other client for the agreed period, fees for a confirmed engagement remain due unless expressly agreed otherwise.

7 — Confidentiality

The client's identity, presence, residence and requests remain strictly confidential. No information relating to an engagement is used, published or disclosed for reference or promotional purposes. Every engagement is governed by a confidentiality agreement from the first exchanges.

8 — Liability

Ismail Larbi undertakes to act with diligence and care in coordinating requests. He cannot be held liable for the acts, omissions or failures of third-party providers, nor for events beyond his control.

9 — Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Geneva have exclusive jurisdiction.
